I will teach you step by step how to make a layered natural terrarium with living plants. As well as a lesson on how to care for your new plants in their terrarium. You will also have the option to add real live insects to your terrarium to help keep mold and decay under control in a closed terrarium setting.

Join us Tuesday October 24th at 4:00pm for our first ever Kids Terrarium Class at Canton Parks & Recreation! This workshop is for children grades 1-5. Each child will get to create their own magical world in a beautiful hanging plastic globe! Kids will also get one air plant for their terrarium and a lesson on how to care for their new plant!

Join us Friday October 20 at 6:30pm for our first ever Kids Costume Party Halloween Terrarium Class! Come dressed up in your best Halloween costume and enjoy a spooky terrarium party! This workshop is for children grades 1-5. Each child will get to create their own magical world in a beautiful hanging plastic globe! Kids will also get one air plant for their terrarium and a lesson on how to care for their new plant!

Join us if you dare on Friday The 13th at 6:30pm for a frightful night of terrarium making! For this extra spooky event we will be creating real Animal Skull Halloween Terrariums! You will each be creating a large living terrarium in a glass container with a REAL animal skull. Choose between tropical terrarium plants, air plants, or both to decorate your spooky creation! I will teach you step by step how to make a layered natural terrarium with living plants. As well as a lesson on how to care for your new plants in their terrarium.

On Tuesday, October 3rd I will be giving a Q&A style lecture at the Holliston Garden Club. This lecture will be a basic overview lesson about indoor houseplants. We will discuss topics of plant care, like sunlight, watering, environment, soil, and pest control. We will also discuss common mistakes in indoor plant care. I will also go over common house plant identification and discrepancies. Guests will gain a better understanding of indoor plants and how best to take care of them, as well as knowledge about many varieties of plants, how to identify them, and in turn giving better care to each one. 

Join us as we celebrate our one year anniversary of our grand opening at The Winsmith Mill! We have had an exciting first year being open with our first ever brick and mortar store located at the Winsmith Mill, and what better way to celebrate than with all of our amazing customers and friends!
